Care should be reachable by everyone. That includes the website. Here is the standard we build to and how to tell us when we fall short.
Ometz Health is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or who prefer reduced motion.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat that as a construction standard rather than a claim — something built into the site, not added afterwards.
Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished. Some content — particularly third-party embeds such as podcast players or a booking platform — is provided by external services whose accessibility we do not fully control. Where that is the case, we will always offer another way to reach us.
If any part of this website prevents you from getting in touch, you do not need to use it. Call our office and a person will help you directly with anything the site would have done — asking a question, requesting an appointment, or arranging care.
If you encounter something on this site that is difficult or impossible to use, we want to know. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will respond and work to fix it.
