One practice.
Two pathways.
Fully coordinated.

Therapy and medication management, working together rather than across town — plus weekend couples intensives when an hour at a time isn't enough.

Individual, couples & family therapy

Therapy here starts with fit. A strong working relationship is one of the most reliable predictors of whether treatment helps, so the first sessions are about understanding what you're carrying and agreeing on where you want to end up.

Individual Counseling

Support for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain—especially during life transitions, after loss, or while processing past experiences. Individual therapy helps you gain clarity, understand yourself more deeply, and move forward with intention.

Couples Counseling

For couples who feel disconnected, caught in recurring conflict, or struggling to communicate effectively. Therapy focuses on rebuilding trust, improving communication, and strengthening your relationship.

Children and Families

Support for children and teens experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges, along with guidance for parents. We help families better understand what’s going on and build healthier ways of responding and connecting.

Weekend couples intensives

When a relationship is hurting, meaningful progress in a 50-minute weekly session can be difficult — you spend most of it catching up, only to run out of time as you reach the heart of the issue. An intensive gives you dedicated time to step away from everyday distractions and work deeply on your relationship.

01

A comprehensive assessment of your relationship

02

Identifying recurring conflict patterns and areas of gridlock

03

Understanding the emotions and needs underneath those patterns

04

Rebuilding friendship, trust, and emotional connection

05

Working through betrayal or unresolved hurt when appropriate

06

Do you take insurance?

We accept insurance for many services and offer self-pay rates. Coverage varies by plan and by service type, so contact our office and we'll verify your specific benefits before your first appointment.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Many services are available by secure video for clients located in Virginia. Some medical visits require an in-person appointment — we'll tell you which at scheduling.

Can I see a therapist and the nurse practitioner?

Yes, and that's the point of an integrated practice. With your consent, your clinicians coordinate directly so your treatment plan is one plan rather than two.

What happens in the first appointment?

Intake. Your clinician learns your history, what brought you in, and what you want to be different. You'll leave with a sense of the plan and what the next few sessions look like.
